1. Product Overview
IC660TBD025 is the wiring terminal base of GE Genius distributed remote I/O station, only used in combination with EBD025 communication board and BBD025 isolation board in stacked three-layer structure. It provides 32 screw terminal points for field 24VDC discrete sensors and actuators, each channel configurable as digital input or digital output via PLC programming software. It adopts galvanic isolation between signal channels to eliminate ground loop interference in industrial cabinets, supports adjustable input filter from 1ms to 100ms to eliminate contact bounce and electromagnetic noise. Each channel is equipped with status LED for real-time on-site troubleshooting of open circuit, short circuit and overload faults. Mounted on standard 35mm DIN rail, flame-retardant UL94 V-0 housing, conformal coated PCB for harsh factory environment. The complete Genius I/O station communicates with GE Series 90 PLC through twisted-pair Genius token-passing bus, realizing long-distance distributed signal collection for auxiliary equipment of power plants, chemical and metallurgical industries. GE stopped original production, only refurbished and surplus spare parts available on aftermarket.
